EPISODE 2: The Parts, Craftsmanship, and In-House Builds Behind Every Aquila

In Episode 2, Global Brand Director Alain Raas steps into Building 5 at Sino Eagle Shipyard, where the stainless steel fabrication, woodworking, and upholstery for every Aquila are built in-house. We also get a look at the parts operation managing 10,000 components across four warehouses and what it takes to keep a global production line moving. 

EPISODE 3: Single-Mold Hulls and Vinylester Resin: Inside Aquila's Lamination Process

In Episode 3, Global Brand Director Alain Raas walks us through Aquila's vinylester resin infusion process, the single-shot hull and deck construction that sets Aquila apart, and the strength and weight advantages it delivers on the water.

EPISODE 4: Final Assembly and Quality Control

The series finale is set to drop on Saturday, May 9. In Episode 4, Global Brand Director Alain Raas walks us through Aquila's assembly line at Sino Eagle Shipyard, where stringers, bulkheads, MEP systems, and finished interiors all come together into a completed catamaran ready to ship.
