Each step in Aquila’s manufacturing process is masterfully designed to infuse performance, innovation, and quality into each vessel, resulting in only the best end product all-around. Due to its thought-out design, Aquila Power Catamarans operate almost effortlessly in any water condition.

    Each boat’s raised bridge deck and wide-spaced hulls reduce drag, while vinyl ester resin and composite coring materials meld together perfectly, creating an ultra-strong yet speedy vessel. Molded stringer guides also increase the strength, making the hull even tougher. In addition, variable speed air conditioning pumps help reduce energy while creating a comfortable environment, and Raymarine electronics provide fully integrated and seamless operation.

    Since being on top of technology is crucial, computerized precision cutting tools are used to slice needed parts precisely, generating a tailored fit and reducing waste while speeding up the process. The latest innovations are also utilized within models in terms of being spacious, open, and encompassing digital controls and multifunction displays to simplify maintenance and operation.

    Exceptional quality is present throughout the entire design, both inside and out. From the inception of each build planned through a team of naval architects, engineers, production managers, and global designers to the strategic placement of mechanical components and each inspection performed during the building process, Aquila is committed to offering only the highest quality catamarans. In addition, Aquila produces its upholstery in-house and sources about 65 percent of premium components from US brands, which makes it more efficient to follow up on warranties and service needs when in the country.
