YachtWorld reviews the Aquila 45 Sport: what a way to fly

When YachtWorld's Marilyn DeMartini took the Aquila 45 Sport out for a Florida sea trial, one word kept coming up: fly.

The Aquila 45 Sport power catamaran is built to turn a good day into an unforgettable one. Its 15-foot beam opens to 19 feet with twin hydraulic fold-out terraces, creating a huge platform to lounge, entertain and step straight into the water. Twin Mercury V12 600hp outboards and a double-stepped hull deliver a smooth, stable ride at speeds over 50 mph, while a king-size stateroom and full enclosed head make overnight escapes just as easy as day trips.

As YachtWorld put it: "Most cats prowl, pounce or purr, but the Aquila 45 Sport flies!"
