Our Factory is Growing

As the Aquila model lineup grows, we continue to invest in our factory with expansion of the space and new technology like a 3D Axis Machine and an indoor test factory.

    With the state-of-the-art expansion, Aquila has continued its vertical integrations plans to control costs, quality, and lead times by incorporating an expanded CNC precision router in the wooden cabinet shop and digital material cutters in their in-house upholstery department. In addition, the factory now features five axis routers for exact small part production and an internal test tank for complete systems testing of all boats 36' and under.

    The recent expansion features a two-floor production facility that will handle the increasing volume and range of models, including the globally popular 32 and 36 sport catamarans, with more new models to come.
