The Aquila 36 Sport, on display at the recent Sanctuary Cove International Boat Show, May 20 – 23, 2021, on Australia’s Gold Coast was in high demand. The Aquila brand is new to Australia and proving very popular due to the level of comfort, generous space and features offered in each multihull model. While only one model was on display at the show, access to view the Aquila 44 was also available. Three new boats found their new home down under with many more negotiations underway.

After a busy 12 months of expansion, the team behind Whitehaven Motor Yachts, Integrity Motor Yachts, Spectrum Marine and now Aquila Australia & New Zealand have formed The Whitehaven Group. Led by Bruce Scott, The Whitehaven Group is the umbrella under which the four brands operate symbiotically to support their respective customer base. -

“The group started over 10 years ago with Whitehaven Motor Yachts to which we added the distributorship of Integrity Motor Yachts shortly after. In the last 12 months, we have branched out into the brokerage market with Spectrum Marine and in early 2021 announced our distributorship of Aquila in both Australia and New Zealand,” stated Bruce.
